Pastel Works.
Pastels have long been my ‘go to’ medium for live work, allowing me to capture scenes in situ. Back in the studio my works are sometimes extended, or more often repeated, to explore the same site from slightly different angles or in different lights. I consider my pastel works to be the most pure form of colour work. My pastel studies vary in size from A5 to A0, with the larger being studio works.
Pricing
Small mounted pastels from £85
Many of my live pastel works are of a modest size. Works up to A4 in size are available to purchase and will be dispatched with a simple white mount and backing board ready for framing
Larger pastel works from £160
Studio pastel works, on acid free paper can range in size from A3 to A0 . The more modest sized works can be dispatched with mount and backing board, for home framing or framed for you. Larger works are only sold as framed works due to the fragile nature of pastel works at this scale.
